Step 01
Reply to our email, or use the form on the home page. We need three things: your business name, the city or area you work in, and an email address that reaches you.
That is genuinely all. You do not have to describe what you want, send us anything, or decide anything. If you already know you want the phone number bigger than everyone else puts it, tell us, but you can also just send the three lines and wait.
Sending them does not commit you to anything and does not cost anything.
Step 02
We look at what your business already says about itself in public: your current site if you have one, your listings, the services you advertise, the areas you cover. Then we build a real website out of it.
Not a picture of a website and not a slide deck. A working site you can click through, with your name on it, your city and your services written out, and a quote form that works.
It is your business on it, not a demo company. That is the whole point of doing it this way around, and it is the part that takes the work.
Step 03
We email you a link. Open it on your phone between jobs, open it on a laptop at the office, send it to your business partner, send it to whoever does your books. Sit on it for a week if you want to.
Nothing is live, nothing is due, and nothing happens automatically at the end of a trial, because there is no trial running.
If something is wrong, say so and we change it. Wrong services, wrong areas, a photo you hate, a color you would not have picked. Changes at this stage are free and expected, and you are not using up goodwill by asking.
Step 04
Only if you want it. If you do not, say no and that is the end of it. We take the mock down and we will not chase you about it.
If you do want it, we email a payment link for the website: $899 for Starter or $1,499 for Pro. You pay in your own time, on your own screen, and we never see or hold your card details. Then we build the real site.
There is no setup fee and no fee to go live on top of that. The whole price list is on the pricing page.
Step 05
We put the site on your own domain name. If you already have one we will tell you exactly what to change, or you can give us access and we will do it. If you do not have one, we register it for you.
The $97 a month starts the day the site goes live, and the first batch of articles goes up that same month.
From then on it runs. You email us when something needs changing, we change it, and the articles keep arriving without you having to ask.
The website, paid once, then four things every month for $97. The monthly part is the same whether you pick Starter or Pro.
Designed around what you sell and the cities you cover. A page for what you do, an about page that says who you are, and a way to get in touch on every one of them.
It is written from what you tell us about the work rather than filled with stock paragraphs, and it loads fast on a phone with bad signal, which is where it is going to be read.
The site stays online and locked down and we deal with everything behind it. No second bill arriving from a hosting company, no renewal notice to miss, no control panel you are supposed to log into once a year.
If it goes down it is our problem, and you should not be the one who finds out first.
Email us what you want changed and we change it. You added a service, you started covering a new city, you finally got decent photos from a job, you spotted a typo.
Up to 1 hour of changes every month is part of the plan. If something is bigger than that we will say so plainly before we start, rather than quietly adding it to a bill.
Real pages about the work you do, written for the area you do it in. Each one answers a question a customer asks before they hire anybody: what does this cost, how long does it take, what should I ask before I pick someone.
At least 8 new ones a month, added for you. If anything is wrong about your business, tell us and we fix it. They stay yours if you leave.
Nothing to sign and no term to wait out. Send one email and the monthly plan stops at the end of the billing month you are in. No cancellation fee and nobody trying to talk you out of it.
What happens to the site, your content and your domain afterward is set out in full on the cancellation page, including the part where the website fee is not refunded.
We do not manage paid advertising, run your social media, design logos, build online stores, or answer your leads for you. The form goes to your inbox and the number on the site is your number.
We also do not promise you a position in search results. Nobody can. Search engines decide for themselves what to show and they change how they do it without telling anyone, and a company that puts a position in writing is either not being straight with you or is lining up somebody to blame.
What you get is a fast, current, well built site with new pages added every month, and a plain account of the work. The longer list of what is excluded is on the pricing page.
