What is not includedThe things we do not do.
Worth knowing before you pay rather than after. If you need any of these, we are the wrong people, and we would rather say so now.
We do not promise you a position in search results
Nobody can promise that. Search engines rank what they rank and they change how they do it without telling anyone. Any company that puts a position in writing is either not being straight with you or is about to blame you when it does not happen.
What you are buying is a fast, current, well built site with new pages added every month, and an honest account of the work. That is the product. What the engines do with it afterward is outside anyone’s control, ours included.
We do not run your paid ads
Nothing we do touches Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local Services Ads, or any other advertising account. We do not set them up, manage them, or take a cut of your ad spend. If you already run ads, they carry on exactly as they are and your new site gives them somewhere better to land.
We do not do social media
No posting, no scheduling, no replying to comments, no reels. If social is where your work comes from, keep doing what you are doing. The articles we write are pages on your own site and they are not posted anywhere else.
We do not design logos or branding
Send us the logo you already have and we will use it properly. If you do not have one, we will set your business name in type and it will look clean, but that is a wordmark and not a logo. A designer will do that better than we will, and it is not what you are paying us for.
We do not build online stores
No shopping carts, no product catalogs, no card payments taken on your site, no booking system that takes deposits. This is built to get somebody to contact you, which is how most local businesses win work. If you need to sell products online you need a different kind of site and a different kind of builder.
We do not answer your leads for you
The form goes to your inbox and the number is your number. We do not run a call center, screen your leads or book your jobs. Somebody at your end still has to pick up, and honestly that part matters more than the website does.
